A Chinese Crackle-Glazed Celadon ‘Lotus’ Bowl on Three Feet.
A Chinese ceramic bowl of shallow, rounded form, supported on three short feet.
The body is covered in a pale celadon glaze with an overall crackle pattern, forming an intricate network of fine lines across the surface. The rim is gently lobed, echoing the form of lotus petals, while the interior features softly moulded divisions radiating from the centre.
The exterior continues the crackled glaze, with the three feet subtly protruding beneath the body, each left partially unglazed at the tips. The glaze pools slightly within the recesses, creating variation in tone from soft blue-green to lighter hues.
