Attending the Auction

Opening Times

Grand Auction House welcomes you for viewing from Tuesday to Saturday, between 11 am and 5 pm. Kindly be aware that viewing will not be available on the day of the auction.

Bidding In-House

At this time, we have temporarily suspended in-house bidding. We are currently accepting bids exclusively through our online and telephone bidding services. Please note that placing bids directly through our website will result in lower fees.

Condition Reports

We are readily available to offer detailed condition reports for any item that piques your interest. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email with any inquiries or requests related to the condition of our goods.

Payment

Our buyer’s premium is established at 22%, and VAT is applicable on top of this percentage. Following the conclusion of the auction, payments for the hammer price are expected immediately. Kindly be aware that if payment is not received within 2 weeks, the transaction may be considered void, and there is a risk of not being eligible for participation in future auctions.

Collection of Goods

After settling your invoice, please contact us via email to arrange a collection method. We can assist in coordinating either in-person pickup or shipping, depending on your preference.

Please note that Grand Auction House cannot accept any responsibility for losses or damages that may occur once a parcel or items have been transferred to a courier or shipper.
