A Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain Bowl with Turquoise Interior and Inscribed Base.
A finely potted porcelain bowl of rounded form, rising from a short foot to a gently flared rim, the interior covered in a rich turquoise glaze with a smooth, even surface.
The exterior is decorated in famille rose enamels with a series of shaped cartouches set against a blue ground, each panel filled with stylised floral and foliate motifs in pink, green, yellow, and iron-red tones. The repeating panels create a rhythmic and balanced design encircling the body.
The base is left within a recessed circular foot and bears a central inscription in blue enamel, arranged in vertical lines, surrounded by the continuation of the exterior decorative scheme extending across the underside.
