A Tibetan Gilt Bronze Wrathful Deity Mask Plaque.
A cast bronze plaque finely modelled in relief with a fierce wrathful deity mask, likely of Tibetan Buddhist inspiration. The central face is rendered with bulging eyes, a broad nose, and a grimacing mouth framed by curling moustache-like motifs and pronounced cheeks.
The head is crowned with a dramatic flaming aureole, populated by small skull motifs set amidst rising flame-like tendrils, forming a radiating halo. Additional decorative elements include circular bosses, scrolling patterns, and stylised foliate designs extending outward from the face.
