A Large Japanese Articulated Bronze Model of a Lobster.
The finely cast bronze model in the form of a lobster, rendered with articulated construction allowing subtle movement throughout the body and limbs. The segmented tail curves naturally, leading to a detailed carapace decorated with finely punched and textured surface to simulate the natural shell.
The head features prominent eyes, long antennae, and sharply defined claws, one larger than the other, both intricately detailed with textured surfaces. The multiple legs are individually formed and positioned beneath the body, enhancing the lifelike quality of the piece.
