A Tibetan Carved Bone Figure of a Wrathful Deity.
A finely carved Tibetan figure rendered in bone, depicting a wrathful deity seated in a dynamic posture upon a lotus-form base. The figure is shown with a fierce facial expression, bulging eyes, and an open mouth, crowned with a headdress adorned with skull motifs.
The deity is richly detailed with layered jewellery, armlets, and draped ornaments, the hands held across the torso in a ritual gesture. Surrounding the figure are scrolling flame-like and cloud motifs carved in relief, rising behind the head and forming a halo-like backdrop.
