A Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain ‘Shou’ Bowl with Floral Scroll Decoration, Qianlong Mark.
A finely potted Chinese porcelain bowl of elegant, gently flared form, the exterior richly decorated in famille rose enamels with stylised floral scrolls, lotus blooms, and scrolling foliage arranged in a balanced, symmetrical composition. Interspersed among the decoration are circular medallions enclosing the auspicious Shou (longevity) character, rendered in iron-red against a turquoise ground.
The palette is vibrant and varied, featuring soft pinks, blues, greens, and yellows, all outlined with fine detailing against the white ground.
