A Chinese Crackle-Glazed Celadon ‘Lotus’ Bowl.
A Chinese ceramic bowl of shallow form, modelled with radiating lobed sides resembling a lotus flower.
The interior and exterior are covered in a pale celadon glaze, displaying an even network of fine crackle throughout. The glaze presents soft blue-green tones with subtle variation, pooling slightly within the recessed areas between the lobes and emphasising the petal-like form.
The rim is gently scalloped, following the natural rhythm of the moulded design, while the body rests on a low circular foot. The overall surface shows a consistent crackle pattern, adding texture and visual depth across the piece.
